Spirit of Wipro Run 2026 (“SOWR”) Waivers and Release Forms Recording and Media Consent By applying for and participating in SOWR: I give my consent to and hereby grant Wipro and its legal representatives, the irrevocable right and permission to record, use, publish, stream, sell, and distribute photographs, images, videos, and audio recordings of me captured during SOWR, in any media now known or hereafter developed. This consent includes, but is not limited to: - Permission to interview, film, photograph, tape, or otherwise make a video reproduction of me and/or record my voice; - Permission to use my name; and - Permission to use and publish quotes from the interview(s) (or excerpts of such quotes), the film, photograph(s), tape(s), or reproduction(s) of me, and/or recording of my voice, in part or in whole, in its publications, on its website, for broadcasting, and in all other forms of media. - Permission for all of the above for the purpose of SOWR's promotion and otherwise. I understand and agree that I will not receive any compensation for the use of such images, videos, or recordings. I also understand that this consent is binding upon my successors, nominees, heirs and assigns. Injury Release By applying for and participating in SOWR: I hereby confirm that I am voluntarily participating in SOWR. I am completely aware of the risk involved, whether expected or not, including but not limited to, personal injury, falls, contact with other participants leading to injury, effects of weather on my health, loss or damage to property and I am assuming all the risks and the responsibilities of participating in the SOWR with complete voluntary consent. I confirm I am aware that I must be in good health and must be trained to run the distance of the SOWR in which I am entering. I confirm that I have not suppressed any medical condition that, proximately or otherwise, may have the potential to make me ineligible to participate in the SOWR, and that I am medically fit to engage in SOWR and any other activities associated with it, and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional. I agree to the following terms: I shall only run on the designated track and/route provided and assume all risks associated with not following the same. I shall run on my own and no other person shall be engaged or deputed to run in my name or on my behalf. I am solely responsible for my health and safety during the SOWR and will take all necessary precautions so as to not be a health or safety hazard for myself or others in the SOWR, whether participants or otherwise. I will adhere to all the rules, regulations, and instructions provided by the SOWR organizers and their representatives. I shall provide to SOWR officials such data relating to me as they may request, including without limitation, medical information and any other information of personal or sensitive nature. I give consent to Wipro to process and use such data for the purpose of the event and for any other purposes as mentioned in the Recording and Media Consent section hereinabove. I agree that nothing herein shall oblige the SOWR organizers or volunteers or any other person in connection with SOWR to incur any expense in connection with or to provide any treatment to me. And in consideration of being permitted to participate in the event, I, for and on behalf of myself and my successors, nominees, heirs and assigns, release and forever discharge, and waive all claims against Wipro, its affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, sponsors, and any other associated parties (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, or causes of action that I may have now or in the future against the Released Parties, arising from or related to any loss, damage, accident, illness, injury, disability, or death that I may suffer as a result of my participation in the event (including during or after the event), whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise. I hereby indemnify and agree to keep the Released Parties saved, harmless, and indemnified, from any act or omission made by me, whether knowingly or otherwise, which may cause, actually or threatened, any loss, damage, accident, illness, injury, disability, or death, whether to the Released Parties, or to any other party present at the SOWR. I declare that I have read and fully understand the contents of this form. I am aware that this is a release of liability and a valid, binding, and enforceable contract between myself and the Released Parties in respect of my participation in the SOWR. I confirm that I am signing this form of my own free will and consent, free from any influence whatsoever, and any statements or disclosures made by me in connection with the SOWR are true and correct.
