Waiver- In consideration of the foregoing, I, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, successors and assigns, waive and release any and all rights, claims and courses of action I have or may have against The Event-Boo Run, its sponsors and its affiliates, their agents, employees, officers, directors, successors and assigns, CTCF, EGA, the City of Georgetown, the Georgetown Parks and Recreation, Event Data Solutions, Inc. and any and all sponsors, their representatives and successors, that may arise as a result of my participation in The Event-Boo Run, and any pre- and post- event activities. I attest and verify that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for the completion of this event. I acknowledge the contagious nature of the Covid-19 virus or other communicable diseases, and voluntary assume the risk that I might be exposed or infected by participating in The Event-Boo Run. I acknowledge that such exposure or infection may result in injury, illness, and/or death. I understand the risk of participating in this event and assume the risk. Further, I hereby grant full permission to use photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or other record of this event for any legitimate purpose including commercial advertising.
