Stay Fit and support your favorite Women's Football team during these unique times!

How it works: From October 21 through November 28, run the WFA Touchdown Run Virtual 5K on your own course, at a time of your choosing and log your finish online. We'll keep a log of how many touchdown miles have been run nationwide in support women and their dreams to play football!

Every course is different and everyone is a winner! You can receive a custom WFA Touchdown Run Virtual 5K medal to commemorate your participation. Share your run experience on social media by tagging #WFATouchdownRun and build community with other WFA virtual runners while supporting your favorite WFA team. And yes, it's OK to walk as long as you mimic a touchdown run at some point during the 5K!

When registering you'll be given the option to select which WFA team you are running for. This team will receive all proceeds from your registration to help them with 2024 season fundraising! After you sign up for the virtual run, you will receive a separate email with your Runner ID number that is unique to this race. Once you have completed your virtual run, you will enter this Runner ID and mark that you have completed the run. Be sure to register by November 28, 2024 to guarantee your custom WFA medal.

The WFA Touchdown Run Virtual 5K is only $35, and if you select to receive a custom WFA Touchdown Virtual 5K finisher's medal, it will be shipped to you for only $2. You will also have the opportunity to donate to the WFA above and beyond your registration team. Donation options are available as a stand-alone button or as an add-on at the point to checkout.
